This is 507 West at Regency Towers. Only two resorts on Pensacola Beach have one bedroom condos directly on the Gulf of Mexico. No walking across the street carrying your cooler. The owner provides you a set of beach chairs and an umbrella. This condo has been recently updated with new smart tvs and new kitchen appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. The fifth floor balcony is great place to watch for dolphins or enjoy the Sunset. The western view provides a quieter location looking down the beach instead of a pool view with the noise. This condo has two queen beds. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub/shower combination. We have outfitted the condo known as 'Serenity' the way we like to find a unit upon arrival ; easy access, clean and comfortable. Condo was well-equipped and accommodated four adults comfortably despite being a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit. All necessary amenities were readily available. While situated further down the island, away from the main strip's hustle, it remained easily accessible. The balcony offered stunning views. Our pet dog was welcomed without any issues. I would highly recommend this place.

This condo is much nicer than the photos would have you believe. Wonderful well equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. Big bedroom with a nicely firm king size bed. The bath is ample with a really nice with a lovely shower. Superb view of the Gulf from the private balcony. Beautiful swimming pool and private access to the beach. We'll be back !!

This location has beautiful beach views with late morning and afternoon sun and is close to shopping, restaurants and the Pensacola beach boardwalk and still far enough away to be calm and quiet.

Great Pensacola Beach Retreat

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean ans comfortable. Very quiet building, we never heard anyone in the units around us. Nice view of the ocean, on a quieter part of the beach, away from the chaos near the bridge, and a quick drive to the dog beach. Overall, very enjoyable, and hope to be back in the future.

This is the second condo I have owned at Regency Towers. When this unit became available in 2012 I bought it, as I wish I would have never sold my other unit. Their is a real feel of community at Regency Towers and the pride shows. I know you will enjoy the uncrowded beach and clear water.
