Hi Greg: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the property and its location. We’re sorry to hear that the house felt cold upon arrival. Sometimes, windows may be left open temporarily to help with ventilation, especially in colder months when the home is closed up for extended periods. We appreciate your understanding. As for the spices and coffee, we completely understand how that could be inconvenient. However, since this is a self-catering vacation rental, the home is stocked with essential items and utensils as listed in the property description. For sanitary reasons and to avoid any risk of cross-contamination, we do not provide consumables such as spices or coffee. This is a standard policy we follow to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide the best possible experience. Thank you again for staying with us! The Holidu Team
