Fantastic villa with swiming pool, at only 2 steps walk away from the beach, the restaurants and supermarkets of the fishing village of Burgau. Here you can explore all the pleasures that the "Golden Coast" has to offer.
It is located in a luxury condominium, where you can breathe tranquility and a stress free environment. Close to major golf courses, within a 10 minute drive.
Splendid for families and golf lovers.

It is a 1 storey house. On ground floor you have the living room, WC, the kitchen and swimming pool. The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony and 1 terrace. All rooms have air conditioning.
One bedroom has a kingsize bed. The other bedroom has two single beds that can turn into a kingsize bed.

The villa is cleaned to the highest standards and quality linen and dining ware are provided together with a complimentary wireless internet service and free satellite channels.
Parking is easy and in front of the Villa.

The most fantastic aspect of this place is that it is "so close to everything" and at the same time, it is quiet and peaceful.
Here you can smell the morning sea breeze and in the afternoon the scents of the countryside.
Ideal for "recharging batteries".

Perfect place!

This is a great location, with a short 5 minute walk to the beach, there is a bar near the property but there is no noise whatsoever. The Pool is perfect to dip in, and the terrace area is a great size!

Nice place offseason

We had a good time there. Since it was off season, it was quiet and nice to hang out. A few things in the kitchen (line salt and cleaning supplies) were missig. But otherwise it was great: short distance to the ocean and good restaurants in the area (but make reservations).

Most amazing villa perfect for families

We are just back from the most amazing week in this villa. A week wasn’t long enough! The villa itself is spotlessly clean, the bedding is crisp and fresh, the bathrooms are spacious and practical. The outdoor space is simply stunning. We spent most of our time on the terrace by the pool, which is a lovely temperature and size. The area is quiet, and a quick walk into town. The owner is quick to respond to any queries quickly, including when we locked ourselves out! Perfect from start to finish.

Sehr komfortable Villa in hübscher Umgebung

Wir haben hier im Oktober eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Außerhalb der Haupsaison ist es in dem Ort Burgau sehr angenehm, nicht ausgestorben, aber auch nicht so trubelig und touristisch wie in den größeren Orten weiter östlich. Die kleinen Strände im Westen des Ortes sind zauberhaft. Die Villa selbst ist für Familien perfekt, der Pool ausreichend groß um viel Spaß zu haben. In der Villa ist viel Platz, die beiden Bäder plus WC sehr komfortabel. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Wein und Milch im Kühlschrank, Ausstattung in den Bädern) wussten wir zu schätzen. Der Ort Burgau bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf, der kleine Supermarkt an der Ecke runter in Richtung Strand bietet eine große Auswahl, wenn man den etwas versteckten Abgang zum Keller gefunden hat. Auch die Restaurants sind prima. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignete Wohnung

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 7 und 10 Jahre) haben im Oktober 2017 eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gross und praktisch eingerichtet. Lediglich in der Küche haben ein paar Dinge gefehlt. Der Pool sauber und für grössere Kinder gut geeignet. Ideal ist die Fussdistanz zum schönen Strand. Burgau ist ein nettes Dorf mit Läden und Restaurants - keine reine Ferienwohnungssiedlung.
