Welcome to the “Lieblingsplatz” holiday home—your perfect getaway for a relaxing family holiday at the North Sea Resort Büsum. Built in 2021, this detached house offers approximately 80 m² of space across two floors and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a light-filled living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the sunny south-facing terrace and the green space. The cosy sofa (with a pull-out bed), a large dining table, and a flat-screen TV invite you to relax together. On cooler days, the fireplace creates a particularly cosy atmosphere. Entertainment is also taken care of: games, a Wii console, and a Bluetooth CD player are available.

The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired—with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, a kettle, and a washer-dryer. The ground floor also features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and an infrared sauna—perfect for relaxing wellness moments.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (1 double bed, 1 set of two single beds), each with a TV and ample storage space. Another bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer provides additional comfort. For families, a travel cot, high chair, and stair gate are provided.

The spacious terrace with patio furniture and lounge chairs invites you to sunbathe, relax, and unwind. A private, lockable shed is available for bicycles, strollers, or water sports equipment. A free parking space is located right next to the house.

A highlight for families is the new, modern playground in the heart of the resort. Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away—ideal for days at the beach, mudflat hikes, and water sports.
