Detached house, quiet, in the heart of St. Peter village, close to the beach crossing

Welcome to our centrally located yet quiet holiday home in the Dorf area of St. Peter-Ording. The town centre is just a few minutes’ walk away, and you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and shopping options right nearby. The seawall is also within easy walking distance—just a few minutes away.

Our holiday home offers a spacious 110 square metres of living space for up to 6 people and was extensively renovated in 2024. We’ve furnished and decorated the house with great attention to detail. You’ll feel right at home and comfortable here immediately.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautiful, bright living and dining area that’s perfect for cosy get-togethers or a relaxing evening on the couch watching TV.

A special highlight is our light-filled sunroom right next to it, with direct access to the garden—the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of coffee or tea.

In addition to the kitchen, which is equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a microwave, the ground floor also features a bathroom with a large shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine; a separate toilet with a bidet; and a bedroom with a double bed.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—as well as another bathroom with a sink. One of the bedrooms also features a work area with a desk.

You can access the beautifully landscaped, spacious garden—which features two terraces—from the hallway on the ground floor. The hallway also houses the coat closet, which offers ample space for jackets and shoes. Behind the house, the garden borders a small wooded area and invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the terraces or on a lounge chair on the lawn.

A private parking space is available right next to the house, so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to park. You can safely store your bicycles in the garage, where e-bikes can also be charged.

Please note that our Wellenbär holiday home is a smoke-free property and pets are not allowed.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage.Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles sehr gepflegt. Küchenmöbel sind schon älter aber dieKüchenausstattung ist hervorragend. Im EG ist ein super modernes Bad & separates WC mit Bidet.Der Garten ist wunderschön und top gepflegt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ruhe hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und konstruktiv. Der Service durch die Agentur war sehr gut und überraschte uns sehr positiv.Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das EFH hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und bietet für 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Wir waren zu dritt angereist und so konnte jeder für sich ein Schlafzimmer belegen. Die Küche war mit allen Geräten gut ausgestattet. Das Objekt bot mit dem großen Esszimmer mit angrenzendem Wohnraum sowie einem schönen Wintergarten für jede Person eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Das Bad mit großer Dusche und Badewanne sowie 2 separate WC machten den guten Eindruck komplett. Auch der Garten ist geräumig und schön angelegt und ist mit Gartenmöbeln sowie einer überdachten Terrasse ausgestattet.Der Kontakt zum freundlichen Gastgeber verlief sehr angenehm. Insgesamt waren wir mit diesem Ferienressort sehr zufrieden und können das Objekt weiter empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist laut Beschreibung 110 m2, wirkt aber viel größer. Selbst mit 6 Leuten hat jeder eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Das Haus ist sehr aufwändig renoviert und innen modern und angenehm eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für das Kochen im Urlaub benötigt. Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe vom Südstrand von St. Peter Ording, mit kurzer Distanz zum Deich und auch nächster Nähe zur Straße, die zum Strand führt. Der Südstrand ist weniger überlaufen als der Strand in St. Peter Ording. Sehr vorteilhaft fanden wir, dass fußläufig mehrere Fahrradläden erreichnar waren, bei denen man ein Fahrrad ausleihen kann. St. Peter Dorf ist auch fußläufig nur einige Minuten entfernt.. Dort befinden sich nette Cafés und kleine Geschäfte. Insgesamt also ein absolut zu empfohlenes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben zwei Wochen im "Wellenbär" genossen, ein älteres Haus mit Charme, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Geschmack aufwändig renoviert und hochwertig ausgestattet ist. Morgens, wenn es noch frisch war, haben wir im lichtdurchfluteten Wintergarten mit Blick auf die großen und gerade blühenden Rhododendronsträucher gefrühstückt. Zentral zum Einkaufen im Ort als auch nah für Spaziergänge am Deich liegt das Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Auch wenn es uns als alleinreisendem Rentner-Ehepaar nicht betraf, eignet sich die Unterkunft sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern und ist auch dafür gut ausgestattet. Von den vielen Ferienwohnungen und -häusern, die wir im Laufe der Jahre kennengelernt haben, gehört es eindeutig zu den besten. Und unbedingt erwähnenswert, der nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterfamilie Lotsch!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus Wellenbär ist sehr ruhig und doch recht zentral zu St. Peter Dorf gelegen. Das Haus ist wirklich schön renoviert und eingerichtet. Highlights sind das große Wohnzimmer, der Wintergarten und das Bad im EG. Hervorzuheben sind auch die vielen Spiele und kindgerechten Bücher, die unserer Enkelin (2,5 Jahre) sehr gut gefallen haben.Optimiert werden könnte vielleicht noch die Küche, die schon ziemlich abgewohnt erscheint. Die Hecke des Vorplatzes zur Garage (diese konnte nicht genutzt werden, da ein Schrank seitlich festgeschraubt ist) sollte mal geschnitten werden, da man sich schwer tut, dort zu parken.Ansonsten gibt es keine Kritikpunkte, so dass wir das Haus auch künftig gerne wieder buchen würden.

Bezüglich der Garage möchten wir anmerken, dass die Nutzung nur für Fahrräder, E-Bikes und Fahrradanhänger vorgesehen ist. Fahrzeuge können neben dem PKW-Stellplatz vor der Garage auch an der Straße geparkt werden. Hier sind üblicherweise ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar. Vielen Dank für Ihren Hinweis bezüglich der Hecke. Wir werden dies beim nächsten Heckenschnitt berücksichtigen. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bald wieder als Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen. Home sweet home

Ich habe mit meinen 4 Freundinnen ein wunderschönes Wochenende in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Super ausgestattet, toll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail, sehr sauber und optimal gelegen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und den Garten sowie die Terasse im Sonnenschein genossen. Absolute Empfehlung!!!!

Wunderschöner Spontanurlaub in St. Peter-Ording

Wir haben für einen Spontanurlaub in St. Peter Ording ein wunderschönes, gemütliches Haus für eine vierköpfige Familie gefunden. Da es drei Schlafzimmer gab, hätten auch sechs Leute Platz gehabt. Die Lage war super, Restaurants, Café’s und der Deich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und auch den Einkauf konnten wir gut zu Fuß erledigen. Im Haus war alles da was wir brauchten und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt mal wiederkommen.
