Noise restriction between 9 PM - 7 AM. Only park in the designated areas. Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs. Pets are allowed inside the premises. NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home. To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. No parties, events, and smoking allowed. The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
