We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and lounging on the patio. The location was quiet and well maintained- very close to downtown Leavenworth. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay! The location was excellent, and the property had wonderful resort-style amenities, including a beautiful swimming pool, pickleball courts, and a jacuzzi. We also loved being within walking distance of Front Street, which made it so convenient to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer.The place was comfortable, well-located, and perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Drew and Cathy's place! The property was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our parents and their 3 adult daughters to spread out. The grounds were beautiful and the sweeping mountain views from the patio area were stunning. The location was walkable to town for able-bodied individuals or a quick drive for those who aren't able or don't want to walk. The town itself was super cute; even the McDonald's had a Bavarian exterior! Definitely would recommend and would stay again if we're ever back in the area!

We had a lovely time here. The proximity to the pool was wonderful. There is a pickleball court near the main area and a tennis court near this place. We were able to bike around town which was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We travel to Leavenworth once per year and this condo was our favorite place to stay yet! It’s close enough to town to walk while also being just far enough removed be surrounded by stunning views. The pool and hot tub are located very close to this property making it very easy to access. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable and the hosts were wonderful to work with!

Communication with the host was a 10 and check in was very easy. Our family spent 3 wonderful nights at Coco’s Castia, the condo is very clean, well appointed with a beautiful view of the mountains. Comfortable beds and it was a big plus that there was a pack and play for our granddaughter. The pool was just steps away and we enjoyed walking down to the river. Town is close by with many restaurants and shops to explore.What we loved the most was the outdoor patio complete with BBQ and dining table. We could eat outside enjoying the long summer nights that the Pacific Northwest is famous for. We will definitely be back!

This is now our new favorite place to stay in Leavenworth. We love the location, all the amenities & being on the first floor. The condo was super clean & ready for an early check in, which was much appreciated. Drew, the owner, was exceptional! He was great to work with & easy to get a hold of. Loved getting 3 nights for the price of two. We can't wait to come back & bring the grandkids.

This vacation rental was really a standout. The condo is in great shape and it's obvious the owners take thoughtful care of it. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, and I was pleased the kitchen was well stocked not only for cooking, but also full of helpful supplies absent from many rentals (like olive oil, seasoning, and storage containers) and even some snacks and treats to make us more welcome). The condo is furnished with quality furniture and an abundance of touches to make it feel like home, like soft throw blankets and pillows. Probably the best thing of all was the proximity to so many great family activities. The resort pool was only steps away (despite being down a hill and out of sight - so our view was still peaceful and quiet even though it took 1 minute to walk to the pool and hot tub), it took 8 minutes to walk to the alpine coaster at the adventure park, 8 minutes to walk to the pump track in Enchantment Park, 4 minutes to walk to mini golf, and about 10 minutes to walk into the heart of downtown Leavenworth. We shelved our hiking plans because of wildfire smoke, and as a result, we never once took the car out of the provided covered parking; we just walked everywhere and enjoyed the many activities in and around town. Communication with Drew was seamless; he always responded quickly and was willing to accommodate us when I inquired about a special request. Overall, this rental was perfect for our family getaway and we hope to come back soon.

So happy I chose Coco’s Casita for our family vacation. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious, in a great location with great amenities and the perfect space for our family of 4. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. We’d definitely stay here again when in Leavenworth. We loved being walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The trail into town along the river was beautiful. We had perfect weather and enjoyed being right next to a pool, hot tub, pickleball and basketball court, as well as a short distance to Enchantment Park, the super fun Mountain Coaster, the river and golf course. We enjoyed having morning coffee and meals out on the patio in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. The A/C works great and kept the condo comfortably cool. We loved everything about our stay and hope to return someday. It was a perfect family getaway! Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying at Coco's Casita. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, and included everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the patio dining with an amazing view, amenities, access to the river trail, and easy walk to town.
