Lovely cottage, well stocked with everything we might need. Comfortable and beautiful view. Close to town but more private. I highly recommend this property! I would gladly stay here again.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay! The house was perfectly clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described.The location is great and very safe. It sits just outside the hustle and bustle of Campbell River, but it is still a quick 15-minute drive into town. It served as an excellent jumping-off point for all our outdoor adventures, including fishing and hiking. We absolutely loved the rock beach just across the road and the great view from the lovely outdoor deck area. There was a little bit of minor traffic noise from the highway, but it didn't bother us at all.Inside, the house had everything we needed to cook our meals, a very comfortable king bed, and the arcade games were a super fun bonus!Our host, Colin, was great to deal with. Communication was excellent, and checking in and out was a breeze. We highly recommend this place!

This property was very nice. It had lovely decor to remind you that you are by the ocean which you can enjoy seeing out on the front deck as well as from inside. We saw porpoises, orcas and Humpback Whales right outside the doors! Everything was clean and well organized inside and they seem to have thought of everything. We appreciated not having to bring items like seasonings for cooking, body wash, shampoo, even laundry detergent was provided. The host Colin was so great and shared some fruit with us from his garden- we so enjoyed this and his kindness. The location was a great launching pad for exploring Quadra Island, Cortes, as well as more northern locations. We enjoyed a day trip to Telegraph Cove followed by Port Alice as well as exploring Strathcona’s beauty including Upper and lower Myra Falls and Lupin trails. Our adult son, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay!
