For over a decade, while living in Spain, I dedicated myself to preserving and maintaining our traditional English family home as a premier holiday retreat. Even from afar, my heart has always remained in Skegness, and I've taken immense pride in ensuring this Victorian home was fully modernised for large families to create their own lifelong memories.Recently, I have been spending much more time back in England. It’s been a joy to be hands-on again, personally overseeing new updates and unlocking even more of the property's potential. Skegness isn’t just a location to us—it’s where my children grew up and went to school. This house was the heart of our family life, and we have always loved this area for its unique mix of beautiful scenery and fun-filled holiday spirit.Whether it’s the quiet beauty of a morning walk on the beach or the excitement of the local attractions, Skegness has a way of creating magic for every generation. Having raised our own family here, we knew this was the perfect place to create a retreat where other large families could come together, relax, and make their own lifelong memories.
What makes this property unique
I believe what makes our home truly special is the rare combination of its grand Victorian heritage and its incredible location. Having raised my children here, I’ve designed the space to handle the joyful chaos of large groups without ever feeling crowded. It’s quite unique to find a place in Skegness where eighteen people can sit down to dinner together, yet still have two separate living rooms to find a bit of quiet. Beyond the five en-suites and modern comforts, the real highlights are the private games room—complete with its own bar and full-sized snooker table—and our back gate, which opens directly onto the promenade and beach. It’s a home built for making memories, with plenty of secure parking so the whole extended family can simply arrive and relax.
