—a warm welcome to our spacious and modernly furnished, non-smoking holiday apartment in a semi-detached house with a sun terrace in Griebenow, a district of the municipality of Süderholz, located between the islands of Usedom and Rügen. Located just outside the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald, the holiday apartment covers approximately 100 square metres and features a large sun terrace (approx. 40 square metres) that’s perfect for sunbathing, barbecuing, relaxing, and watching the breathtaking sunset from a lounge chair.
The holiday rental is located in a semi-detached house with a very large property that is used exclusively by holiday guests. The holiday apartment features

1 bedroom with two single beds
1 spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area and a radio
1 living room (approx. 30 m²) with a large TV,
a couch (which can also be used as a sleeping area), and a sleeper sofa for 2 people.
1 bathroom with toilet and bathtub
1 bathroom with toilet and shower.
The holiday rental accommodates 6 adults and 2 small children in cots.

During the warmer months, the terrace is equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs, and a grill.
Additionally, there is a large green area next to the apartment, ideal for playing and relaxing.
The apartment has a free car park with at least 3 parking spaces.
The kitchen is equipped with a full kitchenette, including a stove with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, a kettle, and many kitchen utensils.
Bicycles can be stored in an outbuilding upon request.
Right in front of the apartment is a large, idyllic park featuring a castle island and a beautiful Baroque castle, inviting you to take long walks in nature. Right in the park is a castle café that entices visitors with delicious homemade cakes and coffee.
A 5-minute walk from the apartment is a farm stand that invites you to visit during the summer months for freshly grown vegetables.
About a 15-minute drive from the apartment is a golf course, and 5 minutes away is a fitness centre with a spa (sauna, etc.) and an indoor tennis court. In the neighbouring town, about a 3-minute drive away, there’s a bakery.
The islands of Rügen and Usedom are within easy reach and offer many interesting sights and recreational activities.
The nearest beach is about a 15-minute drive away. We’ve got the little ones covered, too—there are two small playgrounds about a 3-minute walk from the holiday rental.
Minimum occupancy is 2 people for a stay of at least 2 nights.
