Holiday Apartment 'Julenhof' with Private Terrace, Garden, Sauna & Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment "Julenhof" in Loitz is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway in nature. Access is via 12 steps. The approx. 90 m² apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with two pull-out sofas (each 140 cm wide, suitable for 2 people each), an open kitchen, a sofa bed in the hallway (149 cm wide), and a bathroom with a shower. Up to six guests can stay here comfortably. A private sauna is available beneath the apartment and can be used for an extra charge. The private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, seating, two sun loungers, and a gas grill.



The 400 m² fenced garden is perfect for dogs – they are expressly welcome here. Since dogs are regular guests, the apartment may not be suitable for those with pet hair allergies. Nestled in the tranquil Peene Valley, also known as the "Amazon of the North," this spot is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy peaceful walks and river views. The Baltic Sea at Lubmin is about a 45-minute drive away. The islands of Rügen and Usedom, as well as Rostock/Warnemünde and the Darß, are about an hour away.



Due to the rural location, Wi-Fi is suitable for regular browsing, but video calls or HD streaming may be limited. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Homemade products are offered.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, absolut kinder- und hundefreundlich.

Pros: Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und vernünftig ausgestattete Wohnung. Auf Hunde wird auch eingegangen und diese bekommen auch Komfort geboten (Hundebett, Handtücher, Fressnäpfe). Eingezäunter Auslauf für die Hunde. Sehr ruhige Lage.
