Welcome to Perle 28—your exclusive vacation home with a hot tub

Welcome to Perle 28—your exclusive holiday home with a hot tub and sauna!

This modern holiday home was built in the Danish style in 2011 and features high-quality amenities. With approximately 100 square metres of living space, it can accommodate up to 12 people.
The house is located on a low-traffic street in town—just 700 metres away, Großenbrode’s South Beach awaits you with a new promenade, restaurants, a water sports school, an events programme, and playgrounds.

The house features 4 separate bedrooms with double and single beds. Four adventure-style sleeping areas (sleeping alcoves in loft-like attics) are available exclusively for children and teenagers: Climb up the built-in wall ladders into the cosy attics and sleep as if in a treehouse with a view of the living area.

There are 2 bathrooms to ensure a relaxing holiday: The larger bathroom features a bathtub, a sauna, a shower, and a hair dryer. The smaller bathroom has another shower and a washing machine.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area with a large dining table in the living room. Here, you can gather for delicious meals together, game nights, or to plan the day’s activities. A high chair is available for younger guests.

In the living room, the large corner couch and three cosy armchairs opposite the wood-burning stove provide plenty of space for cosy evenings and good conversation.
A flat-screen TV and a satellite TV and music system are available here for your entertainment as needed.

The spacious south-facing terrace, complete with sun loungers, a parasol, a dining table, and a private 350-square-meter lot, as well as a carport with a parking space right next to the house, round out the amenities.

During the shoulder and off-seasons, we also welcome your pet!
Holiday stays for your dog can only be booked upon request for a fee of €10 per night.

Liebe Gäste, gerne hätten wir hierzu genauere Infos von Ihnen vor Ort erhalten, was den Einsatz des Reinigungsteams betrifft. Da wir aufgrund eines technischen Defektes eng im Austausch waren, sind wir jetzt im Nachgang etwas irritiert, warum uns hierzu nichts gemeldet wurde. Wir hätten gerne unmittelbar geholfen.

Objekt war wie beschrieben und sehr schön. Der Ablauf mit dem Schlüssel war etwas umständlich weil man nochmal woanders hinfahren muss (Aber nicht weit). Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende

Das Ferienhaus hat alles gehalten, was in der Anzeige versprochen wurde. Es ist sehr geräumig und hat eine sehr großen Wiese im Garten. Für war das Haus perfekt.

Toll ausgestattetes Haus mit Sauna, Whirlpool, schönem Garten in herrlicher Umgebung. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.
