Arrival Details:
Stop by Guest Services (open 9 AM – 8 PM) to pick up your Welcome Packet containing amenity wristbands, parking passes, a copy of the community rules, and a map of the neighborhood identifying all the tram stops. PLEASE note that wristbands are required for all guests over the age of 8 to access community amenities.

What’s Included:
* Bicycles: 4 adult size bikes are provided for guests, if more are needed head on over to the Peddlers Pavilion.
* Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella.
* Starter Essentials: A starter kit to get you settled while you wait for your grocery delivery or pickup.
* Community Tram: Stop by a sign and give them a call; tram is on its way.
* Beautiful Grounds: Take a walk along the paths through delightful courtyards containing benches, bocci ball, corn hole games.
