A $200 USD event fee applies per birthday celebration.
All parties must be approved in advance so we can ensure everything runs smoothly.

To keep the environment enjoyable for everyone:
• Celebrations are limited to children’s birthday parties only
• Adult parties and late-night events are not permitted
• Events must take place during approved hours

No Smoking
Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.

Breakages

Pet Policy

Please do not leave trash or food behind. Use the designated bins and take out any excess garbage before checkout.

If you move any furniture or items (like lamps, nightstands, chairs, etc.), kindly return them to their original place before departure.
