Location unbearable just steps from the beach. Room was surprisingly quiet based on where it was located. Waterpark was a big plus for the kiddos. Beds were firm yet soft enough but pillows were little uncomfortable. Overall we had a great weekend

Place was great. Host was prompt with contact, made sure we got check in, checked to see if we needed anything else or bedding brought to the room. Small kktchen nice for 2 or 3 ppl. Listing did state a pull out sofa but it was a reg sofa, if you need this I'd verify with host to see if it has been changed out.Room not far from pool which made it good to go back and forthDo note there is no elevator to this room. Youll have to take your cart near your room and carry stuff up a few steps like 8-10.

There are 8 steps to get to the room so if you are handicap this would not work for you. We did have a couple of minor issues, one the bed makes noise with movement. The handle on the door going to the balcony broke due to the age. Host offered to come out on both but we chose to let them handle it after we leave. Also the sliding glass door was very hard to open. All in all, the place served its purpose.

The rental unit was NOT as advertised. We were greeted by the following: smashed dead bug in shower, mold and loose tiles in shower, one white and one green bed spread, a commercial laundry facility across the hall, crushed body wash and shampoo containers in the shower, what looked like toilet paper stuck to the wood work in the dressing area and mold on the bathroom ceiling just to mention a few of the issues with the unit. We sent a message to the host and they offered to send a cleaner the following day. We declined since a vast majority of the issues were not going to be addressed by a cleaning person. This unit needs to be renovated to make it suitable for rental and the host should be more upfront about the location of the unit - it is physically located between the kiddy pool and the building’s commercial laundry facility. The host withheld the unit number so we had no way of understanding the location of the unit until check in. This was our fist and last VRBO rental.

The resort was wonderful for kids and adults. Easy access to the beach. Property was clean and had everything we needed. The host was great with communicating and was quick with responding. We appreciate the stay and probably will be back.
