Your holiday home offers cosy sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people. The large double bed (180x200) in the ground-floor bedroom, along with the two single beds (90x200) and the pull-out sofa bed (160x200) on the upper floor, are guaranteed to ensure sweet dreams and a restful night’s sleep. A portable travel cot for babies or toddlers is also available.
The modern, high-quality kitchen in your holiday home offers everything you need for daily cooking. Whip up a feast for your loved ones’ taste buds. As a highlight, a luxurious Landmann gas grill awaits you outside, ready for use. It’s already looking forward to helping you prepare your favourite meat, fish, or vegetable specialities. Just indulge and enjoy a culinary feast.
The spacious living and dining room, with its large sofa set, offers the ideal spot for cosy evenings together. Or use the space for fun-filled gatherings with a large group.
On the sunny terrace, you can enjoy breakfast together and spend balmy summer nights—even when it rains, thanks to the covered area. Recharge your batteries.

Nature lovers will be in their element on long walks around the lake and along the expansive forest trails. There’s also a barefoot park right nearby. Or bring your bikes—there are plenty of bike paths in the area that run right along the water.
Right in the town of Harkebrügge, within walking distance, you’ll find a small Edeka supermarket, a petrol station, a bakery, and a pharmacy. The distance to the centre of Barßel is about 6 km. There you’ll find a variety of shopping options, restaurants, and a marina with a great playground for children.
Harkebrügge is located near Oldenburg (16 km), Bad Zwischenahn (13 km), and Papenburg (38 km); the North Sea is 80 km away, and the Dutch border is 60 km away.
Your holiday home has been ready for occupancy since early 2021. High-quality built-in furniture has been installed throughout. The house features underfloor heating, electric exterior shutters, and high-quality designer flooring in the bedrooms and living areas. The bathroom is tiled.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets are not allowed.
Please note that some buildings are currently under construction in the holiday area, so there may be some construction noise at times. However, according to feedback from our previous guests, this has not been a problem.
