Nice, clean, large 3 bedrooms and large living area. Nice patio and yard. Unfortunately, no beach access and the laundry area smelled strongly of mildew. The shower was a bit weak and the fan in the bathroom doesn’t work.

Hi Karen, thank you for your feedback. Our cleaning staff did check the bathroom fan and it is in perfect working condition. Regarding the laundry room, you arrived at a very part of the year and our laundry room tends to get humid especially when the washer and dryer are in use. Also,we do not indicate on our platform that direct beach access however we do mention that there are several beaches minutes away from our home. Thank you once again for booking with us.

The place was exactly as advertised… and more! From the minute we got there to the minute we left, it felt like home. It was especially delightful when the neighbour came over to invite us to pick luscious blackberries on their property. It was also cool to see the 3 deer hanging out in our yardSanjay was the most accommodating host you could ask for. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. With his help, and Christina’s (cleaner/property mgr), we had some minor repairs to our vehicle looked after, plus lots of in-site on places to see, etc.Great spot… highly recommended

Very Clean nice comfortable beds. Lots of hot water. Nice space well appointed kitchen. Two small issues both easily fixed. The sliding doors to the outside would not lock and this is ground floor so that was not great for security. And there was no battery in the tv remote which didn’t worry me but kids not happy. Would decimate come again

Hi Josephine, thank you for your response. The sliding door does lock, the latch has to be in the middle position. Also the remote control is solar powered . Thank you again.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Communication
Blamed for damages that were already pre-existing before our stay (incudes patches on walls, gouges holes on walls and trim, cracked bedroom door frame, screen door difficult to move and mesh out of its track) thank goodness I take pictures. Very low water pressure to shower or wash dishes, lots of spiders and webs in property throughout. Property not fully stocked with toiletries, make sure to bring own toilet paper and paper towel as only leave you with half a roll each. Do not recommended this property to anyone. Host says no guest allowed but it is not in policy. Have pictures of this as well. Pay cleaning fee in which covers cleaning and garbage disposal, then get complaint that place left dirty, that is what cleaning fee is for.
