L'appartement était moyennement propre, poussière et toiles d'araignées, tâches au sol, les escaliers pour accéder au 3eme étage était sale avec des mégots de cigarettes, difficilement accessible avec les bagages. Pas de bouilloire, pas de sopalin, pas de lumière dans les toilettes, et fuite à la chasse d'eau, pas de rallonge pour ouvrir le vasistas situé trop haut, 1 seul ventilateur pour 2 chambres, 1 rouleau de papier toilettes pour 3 personnes 5jours, pas d'endoit dans la douche pour poser savon et shampoing, l'appartement sans ces désagrements peut être agréable.
