This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. Your private balcony provides the most amazing sunrise views daily! The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings with skylights make the space very comfortable and filled with natural light. The living room has a sliding glass door to the private balcony and a comfy seating area with a sleeper sofa, TV, and DVD player. The fully appointed kitchen is just what you need for creating a memorable meal or the perfect beach picnic. The master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, two windows, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds, a TV and a ceiling fan. The washer and dryer are inside the condo, no need to overpack. The unit is a 2nd-floor "walk-up", there is no elevator. The condo property has a fishing/lounging dock, perfect for watching the boats and even dolphins from time to time. There is a heated pool to enjoy and a dedicated path across the street to the sugary sand beach of Indian Shores. This condo is located on Indian Shores just a short distance from restaurants and shopping. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to U.S. and Canada. This is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. Up to 2 dogs allowed with no more than a 50-pound limit combined - NO exceptions. $200.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. Ask your reservationist about FREE weekday bicycle use.
