Mountain retreat and summer touring home base

We rented both sides of the Chalet with a large family group. It is very nice as the pictures represent. The town is very charming and was located near points of interest that we wanted to visit. We were hoping to rent mountain bikes or mountain carts, but our visit coincided with 100 year rain/flood conditions which were not conducive to either. We ran into a few bumps with the check in process, which could have been explained a bit better. We weren't expecting to need to respond to an email other than the one that we had on record, which went to our junk mail. As we were traveling, we did not see it until the next day. We were able to sort it out after a delay. Be specific about getting extra linens if you think you may need them. We had exactly enough for our party, but not necessarily configured for our party (3 couples and 5 singles) so we did have to move linens from a double bed to single beds, etc. It would have been more convenient to pay a little bit more to have all of the beds made. It would be great in winter with the sauna and is well equipped and organized to dry gear, etc.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der "Tauernlodge XL" erlebt. Für unsere Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen war das Haus ideal.

Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet. Das Haus besteht aus zwei identischen Hälften, die durch eine Verbindungstür im Erdgeschoss zugänglich sind. Die geräumige Sauna ist sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist geräumig und gemütlich, hat eine Terrasse und ein eigenes Bad. Die anderen Zimmer sind etwas beengt und haben wenig Stauraum. Auf den Schränken lag Staub und hinter den Deckenbalken waren hier und da Spinnweben zu sehen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft jedoch sauber. Die Skibushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Das Skigebiet Hochkönig ist weitläufig und bietet sowohl Anfängern als auch sportlichen Skifahrern alles, was das Herz begehrt.

Ideale Ferienunterkunft für eine große Gruppe. Bushaltestelle zu den Skipisten direkt neben dem Haus. Schöne Umgebung. Sogar der Brötchenservice wurde organisiert. Wir hatten eine nette Anlaufstelle Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!!

Wir haben beide Haushälften für eine Gruppenreise gemietet. Beide Häuser sind mit einer Tür verbunden, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Jede Hälfte hat eine eigene moderne Sauna. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, aber ausreichend. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub bei Kaiserwetter in Mühlbach. Die beiden Doppelhaushälften waren super schön, tolle Sauna und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Skibus fußläufig in 30m erreichbar und auch das Skigebiet ist top. Wir kommen gerne wieder. die beide Häuser belegt sehr klein.

Sehr schönes Haus für eine große Gruppe wie unsere mit mehreren Familien durch die Verbindungstür der beiden Doppelhaushälften auch wenn es etwas schwierig war, dass die Gäste aus beiden Häusern zusammen essen konnten. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr positiv: Sauna, Geschirr, Küchentools etc. Die Sauberkeit im Außenbereich war ein Kritikpunkt, da rundherum alles voll mit Zigaretten war. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert.
