Die Unterkunft sowie der Whirlpool waren sehr sauber. In der Küchenausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst und alle Geräte haben funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war stets einwandfrei.

Sehr gemütlich, tolles Haus

Das Haus ist super. Sehr gemütlich, gut aufgeteilt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es liegt ruhig und man ist schnell im Skigebiet und auch in Murau. Die Betreuung vor Anreise und auch vor Ort waren super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Gesamteindruck

Im Vorfeld unserer Reise gab es einige Zweifel, ob die Reise aufgrund der dynamischen Lage der Corona-Beschränkungen so stattfinden kann. Dabei konnte mit dem Besitzer sehr angenehm kommuniziert werden und er zeigte großes Entgegenkommen. Letztendlich konnten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit reichlich Schnee (im Skigebiet Kreischberg und auch im Tal) über den Jahreswechsel im Chalet verbringen. Die Beschreibung war dabei identisch mit dem vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten. Der Check-In und -Out mit dem Verwalter vor Ort war ebenfalls äußerst komplikationslos. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Wir können das Chalet sehr empfehlen.

Perfekte Betreuung - super Location

Die kleinen Schlafzimmer, in denen Reisgitterbetten nicht Platz haben (!!!), sind für den gesamten Aufenthalt das wirklich kleinste Problem! Wenn dann der Eigentümer, Hr Hoffmann, und die Betreuung vorort perfekt auf Anfragen reagieren, macht der Urlaub echt Spaß. Vielen Dank dafür! Sehr empfehlenswert!
