Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One of a kind equestrian estate on 10 acres. Has a small vineyard, orchard, CLAY tennis court. Inside and outside music. This is a famous Bill Tull adobe house. The house has two separate casitas with kitchenettes, walk in closets and full bathrooms. For entertainment it has a pool table, pool, spa, bar, sauna, and a clay tennis courts with lights.
Other things to note
There is a noise ordinance as well as a Restriction on the horses.

Very unique property and the host was a pleasure to deal with. This is an impressive property and was extremely clean and we had no complaints. We thought it was going to be further from the strip but after dinner we got home in 16 minutes and when you're relaxing at the property you don't feel like you're in Las Vegas you feel like you're in some magical place with horses running everywhere our kids absolutely loved it.
