Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One of a kind equestrian estate on 10 acres. Has a small vineyard, orchard, CLAY tennis court. Inside and outside music. This is a famous Bill Tull adobe house. The house has two separate casitas with kitchenettes, walk in closets and full bathrooms. For entertainment it has a pool table, pool, spa, bar, sauna, and a clay tennis courts with lights.
Other things to note
There is a noise ordinance as well as a Restriction on the horses.
