The house is located on a dead-end street, guaranteeing you absolute peace and privacy, nestled in an idyllic natural setting.

Just a few steps away stretches the approximately 9 km long Schaabe Natural Beach—a unique, unspoiled sandy beach between the Baltic Sea and the Jasmund Bodden. Here you can enjoy kilometer-long walks along the beach, unspoiled nature, and magnificent sunsets. In the garden of Villa Mara, two beach chairs in a cosy sandy nook invite you to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.

Villa Mara accommodates up to 12 guests in five tastefully furnished, separate bedrooms, all equipped with their own flat-screen TV. A wood-burning stove in the spacious living area—which also features a 55-inch flat-screen TV with an Amazon Stick and flows seamlessly into the open, fully equipped kitchen with a modern kitchen island—ensures cosy moments. Two bathrooms with showers—one of which features a whirlpool tub and an integrated sound system for relaxing wellness moments—as well as a guest bathroom in the attic with a skylight are at your disposal. The complimentary sauna rounds out the wellness offerings.

Your dog is welcome here, as the property is completely fenced in and offers plenty of space for your four-legged friends to run around. Three free parking spaces are available right next to the property. A modern satellite internet connection via Starlink ensures perfect internet access, guaranteeing high speeds even when multiple devices are in use at full occupancy—a real highlight that hardly any other holiday home in the region offers.
