This place is even better in person. A peaceful neighborhood to walk around and a block from an incredible beach. The restaurants within walking distance are so yummy too. On top of this, you are so very centrally located. Condado and old San Juan are a 10 min Uber as is the lovely Isla Verde beach. If you have a car, El Yunque is under 1 hour. Our family of 4 with older children loved this location and are sure to come back. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years and this one is a true gem.

Wonderful place, we loved the neighborhood and were able to walk everywhere! Great restaurants just a few blocks away and we ate at a different place for breakfast every morning.Food is terrific! The house is well equipped and maintained, the owner is very helpful and responsive.

A few glitches with the local infrastructure outside the owners control but he was always proactive with communication and did everything possible to adjust to make our stay pleasant. Would definitely stay in property managed by this host again

The villa is located in a great neighborhood that is gated during nighttime hours, which added to the sense of security. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Parking was always available either at the villa or very close by.The beach is just two short blocks away, and a grocery store, Walgreens, and several restaurants are all within easy walking distance. We even walked to Condado several times. Old San Juan was about a 20-minute Uber ride.The host was excellent and provided all the information we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable.

We had such a great time. The location is great-in short walking distance of great food and the beach. Rey was kind and timely with information. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated having the washer and dryer on hand as well as the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us, Rey. We truly enjoyed being able to explore everything around us.

This property was beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located 1.5 blocks from the beach and 1.5 blocks from my favorite bakery, Kasalta. We couldn't have been happier with our stay here.

We all loved the Villa! Location is quiet and safe without feeling locked in. Beach access is easy and relaxed for the urban area. We walked for groceries and dining nearby then Uber for old town. Great stay!

Summer Getaway

Very well kept Villa that served us well for our brief visit to San Juan. Gated and secure neighborhood and very close to the best beach in San Juan. Walking distance to the supermarket, pharmacy and several nice restaurants. Property manager is highly communicative and helpful. We had a great time here!

Rey was an excellent host. He was very good about responding to any questions we had. It was very nice that the Villa had water tanks on the roof because there were water repairs in San Juan during our stay which affected availability of water. Because of the tanks we had water at the Villa. It was walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants. Only having a two block walk to the beach was great. On weekends in the daytime due to the proximity of the beach the streets around the Villa became parked up. If you came back from errands and there was no parking there is a paid parking lot not far away on Calle Loiza. Overall we had a great stay.
