Die Lage der Wohnung gut. Aber das Treppenhaus dreckig. Teppichboden auf den Stufen, gehalten mit Metallstäben, die aber teilweise kaputt waren, Sturzgefahr.Wohnung ganz in Ordnung, aber nicht optimal.
