We love this house and return every year! The host is amazing. So friendly and welcoming. The house has everything you need and our son loves the pool. Sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning is heaven. The view is truly special.

Nice quiet location. Pool was great for grandchildren. We enjoyed the home, but the smell of cigarettes was pretty strong each time you walked in the door. I wish we had known that in advance.

Our stay here was wonderful. The hosts are very sweet and accommodating and easy to reach if needed. This was our first VRBO experience and we loved every second. The property was beautiful and our girls loved the pool and patio view. With a 2 minute drive to gain beach access that’s not over crowded- we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We are already planning our next stay here and can’t wait to come back!

We had a cousin trip and stayed 4 nights! The home is very nice and clean and the host couple was very nice and accommodating! We really appreciated having the lift elevator and the pool was a definite plus!

We had an amazing stay at this Galveston home! Rene was fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The house itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was definitely a highlight and provided hours of fun for our family. This was the perfect vacation spot, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Galveston!

We go to Galveston once or twice a year. This house was by far one of the best we've stayed in. The host Rene is wonderful. The house is wonderful, and the pool was fantastic! Everything you need is there for your stay and the house was spotless. Beds are very comfortable. Thank you Rene for a very memorable stay.

The whole family had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had anything you can think of available. The mosquitos were definitely in full force in the evenings. Would definitely recommend getting Thermacells. Used them in the evenings while swimming to keep the mosquitos at bay. As a momma to little ones I appreciated the gates at the top of the stairs. Host were sweet and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here you won’t regret it!

beautiful property with great views and everything we needed, this house is fully stocked and loaded. Rene and Carol were attentive hosts and let us use their hoist (next door) since the one at our place was temporarily out of service. The pool was clean, with plenty of sun. Mosquitos were out in full force, so we will bring foggers with us next visit. We had a wonderful time!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home next to the seawall in Galveston! The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views and easy access to everything we wanted to do.The house itself had every amenity we could have asked for, everything was thoughtfully provided and made our stay so comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool. Even though the weather was quite windy during our trip, the perfectly heated pool completely made the experience for our kids. They spent so much time in it and had an absolute blast!Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. Between the amazing location, the well-equipped space, and that incredible pool, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We enjoyed our stay at Rene's home very much. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I was a bit disappointed with the Galveston beaches so I spent many days floating around the beautiful pool. The landscaping around the pool made me feel as though I was on a tropical island. The house was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our week, We loved spending time on the back deck enjoying the view of the river/canal and all the beautiful birds. We ate breakfast there every morning. The sunsets in the evenings from the deck were beautiful. I would recommend this home without hesitation. Rene was a great host and very easy to get in touch with when we had questions.
