Featuring an updated kitchen, dining room and cozy living room it's the perfect location to relax after a day at the beach or exploring La Jolla. The home has two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. They both share an updated bathroom.

Step outside onto the inviting patio, where you can enjoy the gentle sea breeze and soak up the sun. The prime location allows for easy access to the beach, meaning you can effortlessly indulge in seaside strolls, sunbathing, and refreshing dips in the ocean.

We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

This home is NOT pet friendly.

Parking notes: This home on designated parking available for its guests and street parking is availability is on a first come-first serve basis.

All guests must be over 25 unless accompanied by a family member.
