New for 2025 season: remodeled kitchen with all new kitchen appliances, all new patio furniture and new outdoor grill.
Gulf-front, corner unit with easy beach access.
Enjoy great views of the Gulf from wide balcony.
The unit sleeps 6 adults with king bed in master, queen in guest and queen-sized sleeper sofa in living area.
The beach is just down the stairs and out the back gate.
Fantastic views from the living room and master bedroom. The wide-balcony wraps around the corner of the building, providing spectacular sunset views.
The complex swimming pool can be seen from both the kitchen window and balcony, good for keeping an eye on kids.
The unit includes a washer and dryer.
Wonderful location on a beautiful stretch of Pensacola Beach within walking distance of Peg Leg Peet’s restaurant and Tom Thumb convenience store.

We loved it! You can’t get any closer to the beach - go down a flight of stairs and you hit the sand. The view was beautiful, and we appreciated that it’s a smaller complex, easy to park, and easy to get in and out of the building. The unit itself was lovely, and the big mirror that reflects the gulf into the living room is very cool! We will definitely book this place again.

We seriously enjoyed this area so much. It was quiet and not crowded with everything you needed within 15 min. I’m so glad I chose to be away from the hussle and bussle. The property was easy to locate and access to the beach and pool was perfect for our littles. We will definitely be back!

Easy access to everything, restaurants etc. but far enough away that the area didn’t feel crowded. You almost felt like you were on a private beach. Very comfortable and clean condo, the master bed was super comfortable. The owners were easily reached and responded quickly to our questions. We recommend!

We apologize you were not completely happy with your stay. If you had contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to address your concerns. The property is throughly cleaned after each rental and the lightbulbs were the appropriate wattage for the fixtures. Both balcony doors are scheduled for replacement this fall.

Good ~ but

Good location ~nice furniture on inside ~ deck furniture very worn out ~ parking very very tight ~ beach chairs, beach towels no where to be found ~ floors ~ our feet stayed very dirty fresh out of shower ~ master toilet was extra squished between wall and tub ~ not enough toilet paper ~ a/c could not keep up with for comfortable sleeping. We will not be staying here again.

The cleanliness of the unit is crucial to our business. If we were notified during your stay that the floors were not satisfactorily clean, we would have sent our cleaning service out to do a better job. We have shared your review with our cleaners and they will be paying extra attention to the bathroom floors moving forward. This is first time we’ve heard from anyone the amount of toilet paper wasn’t enough but we would have brought you extra if requested. Beach towels are not included in the rental and are not mentioned in the listing.

Photos of the unit are on the website, the photos are an accurate representation of the property. Please read previous reviews of this unit. We take pride in our property and ensure it is thoroughly cleaned after each guest. The shower is shown in the photos, there are not handrails and the listing does not advertise handrails in the showers. The guest did not inquire about handrails before booking the unit. Living room furniture is replaced with new as needed after each rental season. Outdoor furniture is intended for outdoor use in the beach environment and should not have been drug inside the unite to accommodate additional guests. As advertised, the unit can comfortably accommodate six.

WOW!What a rental.

I looked for 2 months for a place to stay on the beach for me and me wife. This was the long over due honeymoon. This had everything we wanted and more. It was great to open the sliding doors and get the sounds of the ocean and wind blowing in. It had all the things we need for cooking. The beds were great. My wife and I liked the personal note to welcome us when we arrived. My wife said on the 2nd day that we were coming back next year. We liked the way it was set up and was quite. We can not say enough on how great your place is. WE will be back next year.

Beautiful condo and stunning views

This place was something out of a magazine from opening the door and seeing the beautiful view from the 3 big windows in the living room to the fantastic view from the master bedroom when waking up. The beach is literally at your fingertips, quick little walk from the condo to the beach. The condo has its own private parking spot right by the stairs to your room. It also has its own storage box to store your sandy toys and chairs so you don't have to bring them upstairs with you. Also, anyone who stays here has to go down the road and see Fort Pickens, it's $25.00 for the week and the morning walks and drives are something me and my family will never forget. This is a gem of a spot and I'm already trying to plan another a week there ASAP.

3rd stay at Gulf Winds condos

I have stayed at the Gulf Winds condos for several years. Tons of great things to say about it but the location to everything is wonderful. Right on the water, the balconies are stunning and all the individual units have been great including 105 (actually the second floor by the pool). The only negatives I have experienced are the parking garage (1st floor ground level) is very very dirty. It needs a sand blowing (daily) and a powerwashing at least quarterly. Also the building itself is in need of a lot of repair. The building up close does not provide a great impression and frankly, quite the opposite for where it is located. It looks in disrepair a bit. Whomever heads up the HOA needs to either become aware of the condition or leave and let someone else run the show. However with that said, would stay there again and will next summer until such time as the aesthetics of the building are no longer tolerable. HOA get it into gear and make this place what it should and can be. Too many positives of the location for the building to look like that.

This has been a fun, family project for us. We purchased the unit in December of 2013 and have remodeled and upgraded the property through years. New for 2025 is a completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances.
We love Pensacola Beach and have enjoyed being a part of the vacation experience for all of our guests.

Why they chose this property

We like the Gulf-front location, especially the wide back balcony that allows you to feel that you are right on the beach all the time. The place has a relaxed and laid-back feel and is great for a relaxing getaway. Gulf Winds is a small complex, which allows guests to avoid some of the chaos of staying in large condo building during the busiest summer months.

What makes this property unique

Waking up in the master bedroom and looking out over the phenomenal beach view is an experience that is hard to beat.
