Welcome to "Captain's Lounge"!<br>Our holiday home has been available to our guests for a few years now. The satisfaction of our guests is evident in the fact that we now regularly welcome "repeat guests." <br>When furnishing “Captain’s Lounge,” it was very important to us to offer our guests high quality, a fully equipped space, and cosy comfort. Ultimately, our holiday home is meant to feel like a “home away from home.” You can easily do without a car (2 private parking spaces are available). A handcart is available for shopping trips and beach outings with all your belongings.<br>We’ve learned that a holiday in Zingst is a wonderful experience no matter the season. We enjoyed a beautiful spring, lots of fun in the summer, impressive crane migrations in the fall, and a frozen Baltic Sea in the winter.<br>Curious? Numerous events take place here year-round. Stroll along the “Meile” with its many shopping opportunities and treat yourself to a meal at one of the numerous restaurants. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the wide selection and reasonable prices.<br><br>Set on a lot spanning over 300 m², this luxury 5-star holiday home (non-smoking) features 107 m² of living space (Wi-Fi), including a dining room, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, and 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions (satellite TV). <br>On the ground floor, you can relax in a high-quality sauna.<br>The living room, with its fireplace, is perfect for romantic evenings.<br>The kitchen offers every convenience, including an extra-large refrigerator, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave.<br>The utility room is equipped with a washing machine/dryer, ironing board, and iron. In the garden, the south-facing terrace, complete with patio furniture and a grill, offers a very cosy atmosphere for lovely summer evenings outdoors.<br>Up to 8 people can enjoy an eventful and unforgettable holiday in Zingst all year round.<br><br>About us:<br>After decades of loving Zingst, we fulfilled our dream of owning our own holiday home.
