Great experience with my family. A new, clean condo with necessary amenities in a very convenient location. It might be a little tight for large groups (there's really just a king size bed and a day bed in the hall). But it was perfect for us. We saw the owner several times and he was nice and easy to work with.

This place was listed for 6 people and only had room for 5. Very tight with one bathroom. Very nice place tho and upscale. Perfect location. We tried communicating with host and barely got any response. I think they have a few kinks to work out with it being a new property.

A few complaints:The floors needed a much more thorough vacuuming.There was a suitable stock of kitchen supplies but there were no dish towels.The shower design is peculiar. The glass wall covers about 40% of the opening, leading to water spraying onto the bathroom floor. There were no hooks or bars to hang towels.A few compliments:Michael was responsive and did assist in remedying the problem of no working wireless service to this unit when we arrived - having us login to another unit's service.The balcony is a good size and provides nice view - especially for the recent Labor Day weekend fireworks.The kitchen area works well. Good set of appliances and dinnerware.We enjoyed the location - just a bit removed from the activity of HWY 42 (South Bay Shore Drive) - an easy walk to the beach / harbor park / stores / eateries...This is an ideal unit for two. The extra bed is rather small.
