This one-of-a-kind property boasts a million-dollar view from the crow's nest on the 4th floor overlooking the shores of Lake Michigan and the beauty of the Sister Bay Village. 303 is a spacious dwelling with 2250 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 3 patios. A hidden door leads to the crow's nest of the property. The bar in the crow's nest is a custom-made Chris-Craft boat transom and presents a view that will leave you speechless. It is well-supplied for all your relaxing and sipping needs. The bar exits to a private patio on the 4th floor that gives views of Sister Bay and the local activities. One of Door County's originals, Luke Collins, photographed the property. The property offers high-end amenities, including Thermador appliances, Viking Cookware, Wolf Small Kitchen Appliances, Trowbridge artwork, Kate Spade towels/beach towels, Hermes, Chanel, Tom Ford, Louis Vuitton decor, and Pine Cone Hill bedding. These are a few luxury offerings that will wow your senses. The furnishings in Green on Three were customized personally to fit your needs, including fabric, color, texture, and elegance, to spoil you during your entire stay. The custom lighting offers an ambiance unlike any other; it's the jewelry of the property. During evening hours, when walking back from the village, you will have a direct view of the property and be in awe of the crow's nest on the 4th floor.

Green on 3 will comfortably accommodate 9 guests. All bedrooms are equipped with the luxury August Haven mattress series. The spacious bedrooms feature Pine Cone Hill bedding, soft luxury sheets, custom bed runners, and custom decorative pillows radiating rich textures and vibrant colors. Design A La Mode and August Haven professionally planned the design layout, with custom furnishings to make you feel pampered and on a luxury vacation.

All 4 bedrooms and the living room have new Samsung smart TVs. The soaring custom brick gas fireplace makes a bold statement in decor. The two master bedrooms include a king-size bed, panoramic views of Sister Bay, and a private door to their patio. Both master bedrooms feature a large closet, full-size dressers & 2 nightstands for comfort and are enhanced by trendy ceiling fixtures. The 3rd guest bedroom offers a plush queen bed, a spacious closet, and a beautifully crafted marble desk to help expedite any work that gets in the way of your vacation. The fourth and final bedroom features a bunk bed with a Twin XL mattress on the top (sleeps one adult or two small children, depending on size/age) and a queen mattress on the bottom (sleeps 2). This room will be the kids' favorite because of its whimsical feel and kid-friendly games.

Three full bathrooms with his and her sinks will help you feel fresh and awake for your Door County adventures. Showers are beautifully detailed with decorative tile, flooring, and Kohler amenities to awaken your senses. Plush hotel-style towels and shower rugs are provided with soaps, shampoos, makeup remover towelettes, and quick-drying hair dryers. All these details will make your stay carefree. We offer a washer and dryer, including detergent, for those with laundry needs.

The custom-designed kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home and prepared. The appliances are all from Thermador, with a built-in beverage cooler. The waterfall island has Cambria Quartz enhanced by wood accents and custom tile throughout the kitchen. The island comfortably seats three. The signature glass dining room table can accommodate 8 guests with the pull-up bench. The crystal chandelier over the dining room table will give you an ambiance.

No worries about parking, which can be hard to come by in some Sister Bay locations. We offer a private, keypad-entry single-stall garage with a level 2 Emporia EV charger. This is 48 A with a J1772 adapter (ultimately, your EV will determine the charge acceptance rate). Tesla owners will need the J1772 adapter that comes standard with Their purchase. There is an additional 240 V outlet on the south side of the garage building if required. The unit also offers one reserved parking space.

This property is fully stocked with everything you will need. We cover you with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom amenities, washer/dryer, convenient parking, private electric car charger, elevator access, daily personal conveniences, elevator, beach, and rainy-day activities. Beach towels, beach chairs, outdoor games, picnic baskets and accessories, toys, and a large wagon are available for your convenience. Your day at the beach will be filled with fun and sun. Rainy day...no problem! Board games, children's toys, and movie streaming are available. Our goal is to make your stay at the Green on 3 effortless.

This building and unit were completed in November of 2022. This property is a 3rd-floor end unit with one side that overlooks the 1st building, completed in the summer of 2021. The building has 3 floors with both stairwell and elevator access. Occasionally, you may hear faint walking or sliding of the patio door of the adjacent property over bedroom number 2. The property is on a bluff. Wind velocity/noise may be heard due to height, property, and Door County winds. Owners/hosts own a 2nd rental property in the adjacent building, which requires cleaning, prepping, or maintenance for arriving/departing guests.

As this is a new offering furnished with high-end, custom furniture, WE WILL NOT ALLOW PETS at this time. **PLEASE SEE HOUSE RULES**

No smoking or vaping is allowed, either. We have a damage deposit not charged to your credit card unless a claim is filed due to damage, theft, or violation of house rules. The renter is also responsible for any illegal activity or internet use content. The Condo Association is NOT allowing grilling for renters at this time. Green on 3 will comfortably host a maximum of 9 occupants. Please see the house rules regarding additional fees for occupants/unregistered guests. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am. We will do our best to accommodate requests for different times if possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Thursday through Sunday & an occasional Monday during prime season, live music can be heard from the unit. Holidays may affect the times/days bands may play. Occasionally, bands may play after the village's quiet hours. Sister Bay Marina's quiet hours are 10 pm- 7 am, and Sister Bay's quiet hours are 10 pm-10 am. According to the city ordinance, Sister Bay Village does not allow overnight parking for RVs, boats, etc. Please see Village ordinances for other rules and regulations. Our parking lot cannot accommodate these types of vehicles either. Golf carts are prohibited in the Village of Sister Bay. The Village of Sister Bay notifies all neighbors within 300 feet of the property of the owner's contact/house rules. Our building has nine units. Neighbors are advised to call owners/hosts with any house rule violations. For guests with mobility issues, the unit is located on a bluff. Incline walking or driving to downtown may be required. We have standard doorways. The doorway to Crow's nest is slightly narrower than a standard doorway. To access Crow's nest-4th floor, stair climbing is needed by guests. Bathrooms do not have grab bars in showers/toilets. The elevator is available to access the unit entrance door. Furnishings and decor are at a maximalism. Guest must determine if the property is suitable for themselves and their guests. Decor, furnishings, and location may not be ideal for everyone. Please use your discretion when requesting to book. The platform generates maps and points of interest.

Guests who request to book must be verified through VRBO, and the intent of the visit must be explained. Upon request to booking and acceptance, the guest agrees that all information on the listing was read and agreed to.
