Easily take a book, your laptop, coffee and cocktails out to your own private balcony and enjoy all the stunning sunrises and sunsets. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $300 security deposit held.

This condo can be rented with South Hampton 704 next door to create a 3 Bed / 3 Bath combo for extra guests.
