lovely place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very nice, obviously updated and or remodeled unit, comfortable for the most part. The couch could use renewal, but was fine for sitting and watching TV - did not try it as a bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit that is close to the beach and includes a parking space; two key components of visiting San Diego beaches. Clean, updated and quiet.

Clean and Comfortable - Perfect for a Couple

We rent a property in Mission Bay each year for our vacation. This property was the smallest we have rented And the cleanest. Our children didn’t come with us this year and this was the perfect size for my husband and myself. The bed was comfortable, the shower was impressive, and we could be on the ocean boardwalk in less than 2 minutes. For a small place, it had everything we needed, nice appliances, air conditioning, lots of towels, and garage parking! Exceptional!

Very nice to have a washer and dryer that was only for our unit. The set up of the place worked perfect for my husband and I and our two kids. Would definitely recommend.

It was the perfect size for my husband and our 21 yr old son. The unit had everything we needed for our vacation. The location was perfect. Quick drive to sea world, the zoo, and Coronado island. You can walk to Belmont Park which has restaurants , mini golf and amusements. I would say an perfect location. Having your own garage to park in was an added benefit as parking is difficult during the month of July in mission beach.. would stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation .
