Great location, property was very clean, and check in was quick and easy. There was zero flexibility on check in and check out, which I didn't appreciate. But overall a good place.

Great location. Had all items needed in house and even items for beach. Parking spot is tight but also kind of par for course with this area. Would stay again.

Great location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked.A few things to know: this rental is the ground floor only, with a separate unit upstairs. The large group above us was lovely, but there’s no rooftop access for this unit. There is also no AC. During our hot week, the temperature inside reached 87 degrees. Fans were provided, but it was still uncomfortable. The primary bathroom lacked ventilation and became very stuffy. The rugs were noticeably dirty, even for a beachfront property. Also, the bedroom closest to the front door has only a curtain for privacy, rather than a door.Our biggest issue was check-in. We’d asked about early arrival and understood it wasn’t guaranteed. However, when we arrived at the scheduled checkin time of 4pm, we were locked out for about an hour and couldn’t get inside until 5 pm, with roughly 400 in groceries sitting in the hot sun. The 24-hour assistance line couldn’t resolve the problem.Thankfully, an employee delivering wine to the upstairs guests noticed us, stopped to help, and got things moving. We were very grateful for him! We later emailed the manager about our experience but never received a response.We enjoyed the location, but check-in, communication, and cleanliness need improvement.

Ocean front, ocean view doesn’t give it justice!Very clean house! There were beach towels, beach chairs and toys. Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots pans. Plenty of blankets and extra pillows. Inside seating was super comfortable.

Really nice clean home with beautiful ocean views and steps right outside to the boardwalk and beach! Home has all the amenities and everything was well maintained. It really is the perfect spot and the host is responsive to any questions. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful location, very responsive and helpful host, and a great time. The picture doesn't do justice for how large the patio actually is too, wonderful for sitting around and having meals outside with the sunset.

The view is spectacular, definitely in the heart of Mission Beach. Beautiful condo, the only negative i can say would be the uncomfortable old couch. Had a wonderful time on our vacation.
