It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Ostseetherme and the nearest train station.

This spacious and modernly furnished 3-room ground-floor apartment is located on the ground floor of the building at Goethestr. 29 in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck, just 70 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, and has been awarded a 4-star rating by the German Tourism Association.
The apartment, which has a separate entrance, features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a TV, as well as a living room with a cosy sitting area and a pull-out couch that can be used as an extra bed for a fifth person (width 1.40 m). Highlights of the living area include the Danish cast-iron wood-burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings—especially during the cold season—as well as the furnished balcony facing the sea. The separate, fully equipped kitchen—complete with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, and dishwasher—features a large dining area with plenty of space. Two bathrooms—one with a tub and shower, and one with a shower—ensure maximum comfort even for 5 guests. You can enjoy the sun until evening on the furnished south-facing terrace.
