The bright living room with beautiful hardwood floors features a chic dining area with leather chairs, a comfortable leather sofa set, and a TV armchair. The very modern, high-quality leather sofa set features adjustable seat depth, adjustable headrests, and a large reclining area. This makes for great spots to relax. There’s also a large 55-inch LCD TV with Ambilight LED backlighting, as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. On the ground floor, there is a unique Italian-style bedroom. There, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed with motorised adjustment. The separate, spacious kitchen with real wood cabinet fronts impresses with its full range of appliances. It features, among other things, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven with a baking tray, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
