Make sure to stop by some of the most popular attractions, including Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Henderson Beach State Park, Club LA, The Track - Destin, Xtreme H20, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, and downtown Destin - all within nine and a half miles.



This well-equipped resort condo grants you access to entertaining on-site amenities, including a bubbly hot tub, a sparkling outdoor pool, a tennis court, and a golf course (a golf cart is available for an additional fee). Entertainment is assured! Upon entering this sunny home away from home, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan with an attached lakefront deck with unparalleled views and a nice outdoor dining area. Chill with your loved ones in the bright living area, furnished with comfortable sofas throughout and a large TV with cable. Put on the chef's apron and treat your loved ones to delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. You will find all the essentials, including not one, but two coffee makers to please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary suite enjoys spectacular lake views, a TV, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a TV and an en suite bath.

Wow, where do I start? First, I know they'll try to discredit my review, although I tried, and I mean TRIED (DAILY) to get a response/ resolution to my issues and was more or less ignored. Sure, I got their standard "we're so sorry for any inconvenience and we'll be sure to look into this" statement, but then nothing happened. The communication with this management company is AWFUL, and if I we're the owner, I would change companies ASAP. Okay, now for my review: RUN, DON'T WALK, from this listing. I mean, real talk, it's not disgusting; it's just NOT as advertised. It's supposed to come with a golf cart. I mean, I guess it does, kind of... it's sitting out in front with no keys because it's not functioning. IT DOES NOT WORK. Full disclosure, I did get a refund for the golf cart, but I wanted the golf cart, not the refund. I can't travel and get around on a refund! There IS a TV in the guest room... but it DOESN'T work. There is NO LAKE VIEW from the guest room as advertised. Some (not all) towels are old and ratty.The water is very slow to drain in the guest bathroom. The pots and pans are trash. Literally, I mean warped, stained, thin, practically unusable. The dishes are nice though (they're Corelle), and there's plenty of silverware. Overall, It was a very, very, VERY disappointing rental. I count on real unbiased reviews when I travel and was bamboozled on this rental. I really hope this review helps someone. I know I would have appreciated an honest review.
