The location was great. Condo is very cute & well equipped. The balcony did have a broke beam prior to our arrival which we reported immediately through the safety concert option. The beam still had not been fixed when we checked out this morning.

It was nice and had everything we needed. .7 miles from crabs/flounders area, so walking distance if needed. There wasn’t a washer/dryer in our condo, which was misleading. But, maybe there was one on the property. Overall we were pleased

Overall it was a beautiful condo and a great location. However, there was an issue with cockroaches in the unit that I was NOT happy about. They were unable to get someone out to spray during my stay. That did cause some unnecessary stress.

Sand Dollar Condo

Our stay was good. The condo was super cute. The walk to the beach took about 3 minutes. I will say, we did a load of laundry and to dry our laundry was a chore. It was a regular size load and it took three different 90 minute doing to finally dry our clothes. The lent collector wasn’t even full. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
