Eigenaar vriendelijk, bedden een ramp voor de wat ouderen onder ons, badkamer veel te krap, gevaarlijk bij het uitstappen van de douche. Verder wel oké.Makkelijk om in Berlijn te komen met de bus en metro.

Schnuckeliges Häuschen!! Wer nach Dingen suchen mag, die nicht optimal sein könnten, wird ggf. etwas finden, aber wir haben den Charme des Hauses einfach genossen. Alles, was man benötigt ist da, der Preis ist sehr moderat und die Lage bzw. Anbindung an Berlin ist gut. Wen die niedrigen Flugzeuge stören, muss eben das Fenster schließen. Dann ist es sehr ruhig. Echt empfehlenswert!!

Das Haus war entgegen vorherigen Rezensionen sauber und ordentlich. Gut, das nicht alles nach dem höchsten technischen und baulichen Standards der heutigen Zeit ist, macht wahrscheinlich ein bisschen den Charme aus. Nachteilig ist die Lage in der Einflugschneise des BER. Wenn am Kaffeetisch im 2-Minutentakt die Flieger im Anflug auf den BER sind, ist das wahrscheinlich nicht jedermanns Sache. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Ich muss positiv hervorheben, das es ein hervorragendes Bett gab. So gut habe ich bislang kaum in einer anderen Unterkunft von FEWO geschlafen.

Für ein verlängertes Wochenende war die Unterkunft auch für fünf Personen völlig in Ordnung, wobei wir zu dritt im Ehebett geschlafen haben, um das Sofa nutzen zu können.Für einen Ausflug zum See bietet sich ein PKW oder Fahrrad an. Berlin ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkwhrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Gastgeber nett und freundlich hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Sauber und gute Ausstattung. Für Kurzurlaub geeignet . Ein Kritikpunkt ist das Bad sehr klein und eng und müsste in Teilen modernisiert werden .

Ein weitere denkwürdiger Aufenthalt

Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder nach unseren Wünschen gefragt. Da alles in Ordnung war, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Bad ist immer wieder ein Abenteuer. Aber das wussten wir ja. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, bei unserer nächsten Konzertreise in die Hauptstadt hier zu übernachten.

Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte sauberer sein dürfen. Die Nähe zu zahlreichen Ausflugszielen hat es jedoch wieder ausgeglichen. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-/ Leistungverhältnis.

Die Umgebung ist schön

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus vier Tage lang aufgehalten. Das Wohnzimmer mit der Essecke fanden wir gemütlich. Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr beengt. Ferner ist die Ausstattung der Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten in der Dusche schnell warmes Wasser. Generell ist die Größe des Appartements eher geeignet für maximal drei Personen. Wir haben uns mit Kind zu dritt dort aufgehalten und da wir im Herbst nicht auf der Terrasse gesessen haben, kam es mir ziemlich eng vor. Leider waren einzelne Teile vom Geschirr nicht immer rein, so dass man es selbst nachspülen musste. Dazu gab es einen Hinweis im Ferienordner, dass Mieter dies nicht ausschließlich sauber hinterlassen haben. Der Garten sah sehr gepflegt aus. In der näheren Umgebung kann man schön um die Seen und im Wald spazieren gehen. Nach Berlin rein fährt man am besten mit der S- Bahn ab Köpenick. Da hat man eine gute Verbindung. Der Fluglärm war bis in den späten Abend teilweise sehr laut. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr ruhige Umgebung.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Ferienwohnung. Es gab alles was man braucht. Auch für unseren Kleinsten war alles wichtige vorhanden wie Babybett und Hochstuhl. Lediglich das WLAN war etwas hakelig, aber wir waren eh die meiste Zeit unterwegs.

Sehr klein und eng, aber insgesamt alles gut

Für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend, das Bad ist sehr klein, nichts für Leute mit ein paar Kilo mehr ;-) Mit 5 Personen wie im Inserat angegeben würd ich hier nicht wohnen wollen, das stell ich mir doch zu eng vor. Die Küche könnte ein bisschen aufgewertet werden, z.B. durch scharfe Messer. Ein Brotmesser fehlt gänzlich. Die Ausstattung ist "in die Jahre gekommen". Aber im Allgemeinen war alles gut. Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus, die Busanbindung ist super (etwa alle 10 Minuten fährt ein Bus), Das Haus liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen, anfangs waren wir sehr skeptisch, aber tatsächlich störte das kaum. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Sehr positiv fiel uns auf, dass vor allen Fenstern Fliegengitter waren. Fazit: bei FeWos muss man immer ein paar Abstriche machen zur eigenen Wohnung, das ist normal. Also alles in Ordnung. Bis zum nächsten Mal

Ruhige, schöne Umgebung

Wir wurden nach Ankunft gleich persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Größe und für uns wichtig, es war WLAN vorhanden. Einzig das Bad war sehr klein und sollte vielleicht mal saniert werden (Flachspüler etc.). Ansonsten haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt.
