This first-floor condo at Emerald Waters features a beautifully renovated interior, a private patio, and convenient private beach access just steps away. Spend your days on the sugar-white sand or relax by the seasonally heated pool. A few casual spots are within walking distance, including Alvin’s Island right next door for quick and easy beach essentials, while larger shopping, dining, and entertainment options like Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, and Baytowne Wharf are all just a short drive away. You can also book a fishing charter, rent a boat, or explore one of the many nearby golf courses.



Inside, the inviting living area offers plush seating and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, making meal prep a breeze. A shared charcoal grill is also available for outdoor cookouts.



The condo comfortably accommodates guests with two bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom and TV, plus a sofa bed in the living area for additional sleeping space.

Gotta be desperate to stay

AC quit working and vrbo, vacasa, NO ONE HELPED!!! Kids are screaming so loud at the pool and you hear everything and everyone!! You hear every car go by The floor was still sandy The bedding smelt like it had been soured or that vinegar was on it. Blood or sh!t stain on the sheets Dirty 2nd bathroom. The “pest control” entered as I had no knowledge of it while I was in the shower!!! Absolutely DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!!!!
