Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, this family-friendly space is furnished for comfort, from the living room curated for chatting together to the furnished back patio perfect for enjoying the shade. Paddleboarders rejoice - you'll be able to launch your board or boat from the back area. You'll come back to comfort thanks to central air conditioning installed throughout the home. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, decorated in a Southern-inspired style with modern blue cabinets. The private washer/dryer will take care of the beach towels so you can fully relax. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom, and guests of the main bedroom can also enjoy a private furnished balcony. Just kick back and relax in the shade of the pine trees. You're on vacation now.



In addition, you are just a short walk or bike ride to Seagrove Beach's newest destination for shopping, dining, and relaxation, Greenway Station on 30A. Greenway Station offers everything you desire during your 30A stay, perfectly positioned in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Very nice place, quiet, very close to the beach and love the shopping nearby. I would recommend a TV in the master bedroom. Overall very family friendly.
