Communication with the host was absolutely wonderful. The ocean view was absolutely spectacular and the balcony furniture with high chairs made it even better. The pool was very clean and so is the condo except for the floors. Take a pair of shoes that you can easily slip into because you will need to wear them the entire time your in the condo. We absolutely loved our stay and did not want to come home!

The communication with the host was poor upon arrival. The checkin instructions said to go buy a parking pass, so I did. I then received a message saying there should be one included in our welcome folder in the room. There was no welcome folder and no parking pass. I asked for a refund and all I got was a “thank you for letting us know”. The WiFi login and password that was given to us on the checkin message was not an option. I asked the host and they just sent me the same information multiple times. Once I provided a screenshot showing there information was not listed as an option, all I got was a “thank you for letting us know”. The washing machine flooded our 1st night but thankfully building maintenance was kind and able to help. Just another apology from the host. The room was clean enough but there was mold on the shower curtains and on the outside furniture and the couch had visible stains. Linens and towels were fine. The door only shut if you pushed/pulled it hard. It could be better maintained by the host. The view and location are the only saving grace in my opinion. Unfortunately, I would not recommend using this host due to the above mentioned issues and the fact that they did not offer any resolutions.
