The popular resort offers amenities for everyone, including pools, a hot tub, covered parking, and on-site dining options.



Via the direct beach access, you will find beach volleyball, jet ski rentals, parasailing, and much more. Less than two miles away, you will want to spend time splashing the day away at Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Less than one mile away, you will find fun for the whole family at Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park.

Things to Know

Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.

Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.

Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

As per an HOA regulation, rentals in Panama City, FL may only be rented and booked by an individual who is 25 years or older.

We were so pleased the resort was on the beach. We loved the pools and amenities. Being on the sand just by walking out of the resort was incredible!! The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking. I contacted the host about a couple things in the apartment and they took care of it right away. My boys loved the sofa bed.

The carpet was stained and dirty in living room area, but when you have carpet at the on a condo at the beach that would be expected, Besides that it was a good stay, the host, beach view, and pools was great.

It was a good stay, but they said all fees were included when I booked & paid, then they message & ask for 41 for a parking spot.. not even a specific spot, just somewhere in the garage. If you can find one. Otherwise, great stay! Beautiful place! Room was clean & stocked. Will return in the future.

There is nothing said about having to pay 40/car plus a credit card fee to pay for parking, until after booking, so just be informed. Also, I had to reach out on several occasions to get the email to register/pay for the cars and it wasn’t until I went through VRBO on the way down, that I magically received the email. The carpet is absolutely disgusting! The back balcony floor is just about black from filth. There was a decorative couch pillow and dirty sheets under the pull out couch bed. The blinds in the bunk room were broken and could not be shut any further. There were not enough curtains to black out the sun in the morning to cover the entire sliding glass door. Great location and you’re right on the beach, but for what we paid, I would expect more. This condo is managed by Avari Management. I will never book another place owned by them.
