This stylish and recently updated condo in a sought after Destin resort is the perfect setting for your next coastal getaway. This rental offers an open layout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views. The resort also boasts a beautiful pool with tropical landscaping, an on-site workout room, and a seasonal snack shack. WHAT’S NEARBY Only a mile away, enjoy Henderson Beach State Park for picnicking, nature walks and amazing photo opportunities. Destin Commons is only two miles away and offers some of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment in the area including the Bass Pro Shop, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl and Grill, Zoe's Kitchen, and much more! And for all ages fun, hit the waterslides at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, just two miles west.
THINGS TO KNOW
Full kitchen with dishwasher, Free WiFi, Central air conditioning, Elevator in the building, Outdoor shower, No smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the property. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Location is everything and this place had it! Beach and restaurant within walking distance and grocery stores with a 5 min drive. The unit has a great view of the ocean and the pretty resort style pool! It was clean and it smelled clean lol the only issue for me personally was the old and barely working stove, definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise overall this is a great unit!

My only complaint about this unit was the pictures show a carpeted living space and it was not. We have a little one who plays on the floor so we expected a soft surface.
