We had a great stay. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view from the 23rd floor balcony. Only problem we ran into was the beach service didn’t have our room number listed as “included in stay” but I contacted the host and they made everything right immediately and was calling the office to make sure it got added to the list. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation! Weather was perfect!! Along with the views!!!

The furniture was comfortable and the balcony with the futon and the high top chairs gave us great views. The staff was very helpful in giving us our parking passes and wrist bands early because this room has no early check in.

gorgeous view from the 23rd floor!

We loved our two-week stay and the gorgeous view from the 23rd floor. The beds were comfortable. The dining table was large enough for family games. I would recommend they add an ice cream scoop, pizza cutter and sharp knife to the utensils.

We Love 2306!!!

This was our forth visit to Emerald Isle and 2306 is our favorite unit. It's clean, updated, well furnished and the kitchen is stocked with quality cookware and dishes. The patio over looking the Gulf provides a beautiful view and includes two lounge chairs and a table with chairs that adds to the enjoyment.

Do not recommend. Dirty. Air filters looked as if they had never been changed. Overall apartment needs a deep clean. Horrible odor when we first got the room. Paper napkins in the air vents. Outdoor furniture not pictured in listing had a bed sheet on top with white stains. Can only imagine what happens on the makeshift bed on the balcony. Was a nightmare trying to keep my toddler from crawling on it. Don’t book if you are expecting complimentary beach service. It is in the listing but not available when you get there. I messaged to ask about the beach chairs and was told complimentary beach service does not mean it includes chairs. Still don’t have resolution on false advertising. The pool needs cleaned. The deck had green algae everywhere. Overall would NOT recommend.

Vacation 7/16/2022-7/23/2022

We thought the condo was very nice. But we did think it needed a few more things in the kitchen (i.e. pot holders, kitchen towels, sheet pans). Also, it needed more setting options outside other than the high table and chairs. There was another bench but you could not sit on it because it was very uncomfortable and more for looks.

April 29 - May 7

We have stayed at Emerald Isle 2306 before. Since then it has been remodeled and we give that five stars. New management company from the previous time, communication was good. Texted with Vacasa about some cleanliness issues that were more irritating than disgusting, however, with the amount paid by everyone for cleaning fees, I expect better. Master bed comfortable, kitchen items good quality, view phenomenal. Would definitely attempt to stay at EI 2306 again!

Enjoyable beach getaway

The unit itself was great, with the exception of the coffee maker, which was missing a part or two thus causing a min explosion of hit un-brewed coffee everywhere in the kitchen. Texted vacasa to let them know but they didn’t offer much guidance. Building is old and so the plumbing and elevator pump can be heard day & night. Bring a sound machine.

Donnie, thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased you thought our home was great! That said, we sincerely apologize for the coffee maker and any disconnect in service you experienced. Our local manager assured us they didn’t receive a ticket about this as they would have been happy to assist with the cleanup and replace the coffee pot. They are always happy to have the opportunity to say hello to guests and ensure they have everything they need. We are glad to report that the coffee pot has been replaced and the inventory inspection has been completed. Additionally, we are sorry for any noise that detracted from your experience and we appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to improve. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.
