We had an amazing weekend exploring Hocking Hills & got to check out some new trails on this proper

We really enjoyed the trails, the pond, the fire pit, and the hot tub. The cabin was pretty great too!

very peaceful a few things need attended to

Peaceful. Very clean except for some cookware. Comfortable beds. My husband slipped and fell on the the outside stairs. We had to go into town to get his glasses fixed. I think we told you about this issue when we stayed 2 or so years ago. Still slippery and rail is not sturdy, it also has a huge screw on the one side jutting out. Kitchen sink and shower leaked the whole time. Knob missing on kitchen drawer. Hot tub had scale in it. Gas grill is wonderful.

This was an amazing place. The only thing that I would recommend it new pillows or bring your own. I will definitely be back. It was absolutely beautiful.

We enjoyed the location and the layout of the cabin however, upon arrival there were several large black ants on the kitchen counter and on the floor around the dishwasher. That continued throughout our weekend stay, multiple times having to kill ants so setting our food out for dinner was a no go. Also the hot tub was very dirty and not usable. The back deck needs some repairs as theres a deck board in-front of the gas grill that is bowed up causing a trip hazard. The TV in the bedroom would not work only stays on a blue screen.
