Two balconies - one on the main floor and one off the main bedroom - offer the perfect spots for morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you watch the waves lap the shore below.



Inside, you’ll find two spacious levels of living space and modern, tropically influenced decor. Downstairs features a well-equipped, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and a tiled backsplash. Dine together at the table for four and then slip into your swimsuit and claim your spot on the sparkling sand. If beach time isn’t on the agenda, you’ve got access to both indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, tennis courts, and a gym.



When it's time to head out, 30A and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles to your west, with fantastic shopping and dining. If you're in town over the weekend, pick up some fresh fruit and veggies for dinner at the popular 30A Farmer's Market, held in the heart of Rosemary Beach.

The furnace did not put out WARM air when turned on.We had "COLD" air comung in from the bottom of the MICROWAVE which was vented to the outside.The recliner is outdated and very small.----The weather was on the Cold side for Jan-Feb,so it is imperative that the FURNACE be fixed,or you will getting LOTS OF COMPLAINTS.

The Room and Location were fine. There should be a Broom which there wasnt. And some extra blankets. Also the WIFI unit was hanging out of the wall when we got there. The room was very clean. The place was nice and quiet.

Great stay on the West end of Panama City Beach

Such a great location at Pinnacle Port. You're close enough to shops, but in a quiet west end area. Penthouse condo was great with views of both the gulf and Powell Lake. Plenty of parking for your jet skis. We had a blast. Thank you!

Family get away

The rental was set up nice and we enjoyed the condo. This was our 1st stay in this condo, but the 4th stay at Pennicle Port. We enjoyed the views the Penthouse gave, and the closeness of the pool for the kids. However two of the three elevators were broke down making a long wait.

We stayed in PH28. I contacted the management online but never received a reply. - elevators getting stuck - roaches in kitchen - lock has been removed from 1st floor balcony door. - water pressure was ridiculous - shower faucet has to run 9 minutes before hot water finally comes out. - mattresses were unbelievably hard and uncomfortable. - pillows were dirty - no hair dryer in either bathroom - toilets could not flush with no water pressure.

Horrible experience with cleanliness of Pinnacle Port Penthouse 28 and Property Management

The penthouse had not been cleaned. Unable to get a returned phone call or email from property manager. Door lock was not working properly. Have called and texted every day since September 19th, with no reply. Please do not rent this unit.

Pinnacle Port- don't waste your MONEY-needs serious updating

This condo needs some serious updating & TLC. Upon arrival unit was nasty dirty. Property manager did an inspection THE DAY BEFORE we arrived and told the cleaning services to come back-- they did not. No follow up. therefore we had to wait over 4 hours for a re-clean. Wasted 1/2 day of beachtime. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were disgusting (stains, sand etc) had to go out @ 10pm to BUY clean sheets. Attempted to wash sheets and washer leaked. In addition, kitchen is poorly stocked. Toaster is broken, clock on wall doesn't work, light switch in master bath is broken, fan wont go off as a result. JUST UNACCEPTABLE for the price of rental. The only good thing is I was reimbursed for sheets, cleaning fee and one nights stay! Should have been compensated for the entire stay. FINALLY the layout of the condo is awkward-- toilet is next to kitchen area! Will never stay here again. I highly suggest the management company drop this unit from its inventory.
