Offering a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a private and furnished balcony to enjoy all of your meals alfresco, and shared amenities that include swimming pools, a grill area, a seasonal poolside snack shack, and even a gym, Sterling Shores Resort has everything you need to create unforgettable memories! With the beach right outside your door and plenty of entertainment and dining options nearby, there is no better location than this! Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park has everything for everyone! Boasting lazy rivers, waterslides, swimming pools, kiddie rides, and more, it's the perfect place to bring your entire family and it's only two miles away! If you're looking for something more relaxed, the Henderson Beach State Park is 0.8 of a mile and there you can hike, enjoy the panoramic views, maybe book a boat tour, etc. Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
