The condo was perfect for the four of us. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the bathroom toiletries and enough detergent for two loads of laundry. The pool exceeded our expectations. Having the pool lit up and open until 11pm made for some amazing evenings.

I loved this place! So convent right off the elevator. The condo was beautifully decorated and so clean. The couch in the living room that folds out needs replaced, but other than that it was a terrific stay and I would definitely rent this one again if I come back.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at The Palms unit in Destin! From beginning to end, everything exceeded our expectations, and what truly made this stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness of the team.We were scheduled to arrive just as a hurricane was impacting the area, creating quite a bit of uncertainty. Throughout it all, communication was absolutely impeccable! They were responsive, thoughtful, reassuring, and incredibly accommodating. Even while navigating the aftermath of a hurricane, Angela and her team went above and beyond to keep us informed and make sure we felt comfortable with our decision to travel. That level of care and customer service is rare, and it certainly did not go unnoticed!As for the condo itself, WOW! Everything was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The accommodations were everything we hoped for and more! It truly felt like a home away from home. Even the few minor things I brought to their attention were acknowledged and addressed with genuine care and professionalism.What impressed me most was that this wasn’t simply about providing a beautiful place to stay. It was about the people behind the experience. Angela and her team demonstrated the kind of hospitality that turns a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable one.Five stars simply aren’t enough! We left with beautiful memories.

Perfect vacation stay

We had the best experience at this property! The pool is amazing and also convenient to the beach with a complementary shuttle. The condo was very clean and conveniently located to elevator access. Also, located near wonderful restaurant within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

Destin condo in great location!

This condo was just as advertised! Clean, great communication with the owners, simple easy check in and check out. Loved the area! Would recommend for a family vacation and just a short drive across the street to the beach!

Excellent vacation rental

It was our family’s first time to Destin and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The rental property was clean, spacious for our family of 4, convenient location, and had great amenities. We loved spending time on the balcony to relax as well enjoyed the pool time. The communication with the owner was good. Would recommend vacationing in Destin and the property.

Great Location

Condo was great. Just as described. Has a great view overlooking the pool from the balcony. The pool was terrific for the kids. It's about a five minute walk to the beach. Tons to do for families in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Remote working getaway

Location had all appliances and tools we needed for cooking. Owners responded right away to questions and acted right away to any concerns. Place was neat and everyone was friendly.

The place was good there were a few minor things that needed attention, like lack of towels and fan in guest room was loud. Overall, it was a good choice. We would stay at a beachfront condo next time, and forgo the nice pool at this resort.

The unit was in a nice building with a good pool and walking distance to the beach. The large pool is NOT heated and spring break this year was only 70. It was too cold to use it, so everyone was piled into the hot tub and small pool. The room itself was a bit disappointing. The furniture was very used and worn. Some had stains and broken edges. It definitely does not look like the pictures. The beds were missing covers and had stained pillow covers. The bathroom sinks did not have hot water. You only get 3 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish washing pods and a tiny bottle of dish soap. I will try to attach pictures of the worn items. The resort charges 30/day for amenities so be prepared for that additional expense.

Great Family Vacation!

Highly recommend this property! Beautiful condo & CLEAN! Communication with the host was excellent and they immediately addressed my messages. It was perfect for our family of 4! Spacious and balcony offered beautiful views of the property and pools. It was so relaxing to have my morning coffee on balcony and listen to the waterfalls from the pools. It was also nice the condo provided beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler because we flew in and didn’t have these items. You can see the beach as well even though it is across the street. The cleanliness of the entire Palms resort is 5 star. It is also in a convenient location to multiple restaurants and shopping. The beach is more like a 5-10 min walk across the main highway and I will say the public beach access was crowded however we still enjoyed the beautiful beach and rented jet skis and had a blast! The only thing I would give a poor review is on the Palms Bistro at the resort. The service was terrible… We ate lunch there twice and did not have a good experience. The food was decent but our service was bad. Overall though we will definitely be booking here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Loved the Palms!

The Palms of Destin is a great location! The unit was spacious for our family of 5. Constant contact with the property manager felt very overwhelming before and during our stay. I received a rental agreement via email, a phone call prior to arriving summarizing the rental agreement, and a text message with the same details. The building access codes provided didn’t work, where promptly provided a second time via text, and then stopped working again mid-stay. I chose not to reach out because what was provided by others guests did work. A text notification came Monday about a state required balcony inspection being scheduled during our stay, which we had no choice but to accept. A text reminder was received before 7:30 am Thursday, the day of the inspection. Lastly, multiple texts were sent regarding check out (on a Thursday and Saturday) which felt very pushy. The text from Laura stated “We need our cleaners to be in the unit right at 10:01am or sooner. If you know you’re going to depart early would you please let me know. I have a scheduled appt at 11:30am that morning that I can not have delayed.” For the price we paid, it would have been much nicer to have been able to unplug and enjoy our stay as we wanted, without constant contact and interruptions.

This condo was beautiful and spacious with amazing views of the lagoon pool and the gulf. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property with all its amenities. It was also conveniently located to anywhere we wanted to go. We were pleased with the communication from the host with clear instructions on check-in/check-out procedures.
