The apartments are located on the 3rd floor (top floor) and feature a balcony offering an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The location is ideal: You’re just about 30 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, and the car-free promenade is perfect for long walks.
Despite the quiet surroundings, you can reach the centre of Bansin in just a 7-minute walk, while the centre of Heringsdorf is about a 15-minute walk away. Each apartment comes with its own parking space on the property, which is included in the price. In addition, an lift in the building provides extra convenience.
The holiday apartments are designed to accommodate a maximum of two people, with one child counting as one person. An initial set of bed linens as well as hand and bath towels for two people is included in the price; additional sets are available for an extra charge. On site, you also have the option to rent beach chairs and bicycles to make your stay even more enjoyable.
The proximity to the beach, which is only 30 metres away, and the magnificent lake view make this accommodation the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
